Wear something comfortable that you are able to perform different movements in. Gym clothing would be best.
All you need to do is submit the invoice you receive once you have paid Steph Kriel Biokineticist, to your Medical Aid and they will refund you.
Please note: Biokinetics sessions are refunded from your medical savings account.
What you need to bring along with you:
1. Your Discovery membership number, along with your general information (e.g. ID number)
2. Gym clothing & takkies (closed shoes)
3. Water
4. Towel
Please note: you will be cycling on a Wattbike which does have an uncomfortable seat
